Major Accomplishments:

Attend the congress of Asian Federation of Sports medicine and participate the workshop on Kinesiology taping and Mulligan concept. (First person in Punjab to start Kinesiology Taping)

“Kinesio taping is the definitive rehabilitative taping method within the international medical community. Kinesio tape, which was used by athletes in the 2008 Beijing Summer Olympics, has been in production for 35 years. Kinesio tape is an Elastic Therapeutic Tape that does not contain latex. It is used in the Kinesio taping method that provides many benefits to both athletes and non-athletes The use of Kinesio tape and the corresponding taping method can help relieve muscle pain and prevent injuries. It is also used to increase blood flow to muscles and joints. Soothing overworked muscles is another use of Kinesio tape. After activities, the tape should be placed on muscle strand with taping starting at the end of the muscle, running back toward the heart.”
